The Unity Soccer Club has a ZERO- tolerance policy for racism,
discrimination, verbal and physical abuse at all soccer events.
As a Player and Coach representing the Unity Soccer Club, conduct
yourself ethically and with good sportsmanship.
Immediate action, if necessary can be taken by any Executive Board
Member, Coach or Referee.

Unity Soccer Club Coaches have the authority to suspend a player from
practice and/or game for misconduct. If further action is required or the
situation is escalated, it will be handled by the Board of Directors.
Physical misconduct by a player, is to be dealt with by the coaching staff
and could lead to possible suspension.

Unity Soccer Club weather policy states if there is any thunder or lightning
at any Practice or game, we stop play immidiately for 15 minutes.
Every time Thunder Strikes, the timer starts again. The coach has the right
to decide if Practice/game will be canceled due to lightning, thunder or poor
weather conditions. This is to ensure the safety of our players, coaches and
spectators.
